Our solve? Create a website that could, quite literally, answer any question. We would create a huge database of answers to 100's of questions. If you had a question that was too complicated to be answered by an automated database a live chat would automatically engage to answer you. The operator of the chat could take you around the site teaching you about the car with the ability to write on the site (much like you see on screen in an NFL game), circling information you need or drawing schematics. The budget for online got pulled right as we moved into production so we didn't get to make it.
